dhlppc  1 year or 3 year
bordatella  annually
fecal test  6 month

Please have your vet fax proof of these vaccinations in advance to 269-857-8379.  Proof of vaccinations will not be accepted at the door of the event.


Pre-payment is required to hold your spot.  There will be no refunds as class size is very limited to ensure quality of training.
